XANT Hires SaaS Client Services Executive to Support Enterprise Expansion and Rapid Growth

PROVO, Utah, Sept. 12, 2012 – XANT, the leading cloud provider of sales automation and analytics for inside sales professionals, today announced it has appointed Tom Milligan, SaaS Customer Operations Executive, as the company’s Vice President of Client Services. Milligan joins XANT with decades of leadership and extensive operations success helping some of the fastest growing companies deliver world-class customer experience in the enterprise market globally.

As XANT’s new Vice President of Client Services, Milligan brings a unique blend of operational and process expertise, a vast knowledge of SaaS communications technology, and an energetic focus for top tier customer satisfaction. Milligan will directly oversee all client services, sales engineering, and customer implementation services for the company as it continues to scale worldwide.

Most recently, Milligan served as CEO of Marque Dos, an outsourced contact center focusing on the Latin America and Spanish speaking markets. Prior to that, Milligan was Executive Vice President for Vector BPO, an offshore contact center.

Milligan also served from 2002 to 2011 as the Vice President of Worldwide Customer Operations and subsequently the Vice President of Sales at inContact [NYSE: SAAS], a leading provider of cloud contact center software and contact center agent optimization tools. While at inContact, Milligan designed and delivered award winning prospect/customer onboarding, training and support systems and processes. Milligan has also held executive and leadership positions at eCallogy, I-Link, ACI Telecom Group, TelTrust, HealthRider and FranklinCovey.
