August 27, 2010—Provo, Utah. — XANT announced that it has been named as a Utah Business Magazine “Fast 50” for being one of the state’s 50 fastest growing companies.
Held at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, the awards ceremony on August 26 recognized businesses from across the state, in a wide variety of industries. This is the 22nd year that Utah Magazine has recognized growth companies in Utah.
“We’ve been able to position ourselves as the leader in the fastest growing segment of sales and marketing,” said David Elkington, CEO of XANT. “Our inside sales tools and immediate response software solutions are proving to hold a lot of value for our customers in the inside sales or remote selling space.”
The Inside Sales industry has been growing at a rate of 7.5% annually, as compared to .5% for traditional Outside Sales or Field Sales in a recent national research study with data provided by infoUSA.
“Utah is a great place for businesses to come and thrive,” said Elkington. “We have a talented pool of potential employees, a fabulous quality of life, and a focused commitment to entrepreneurship. I’m sure the rest of the award recipients recognize just how much this has contributed to their success.”
Ken Krogue, President and CMO added, “We appreciate Utah Business Magazine’s recognition, and feel a sense of accomplishment to be mentioned with the other award recipients. We hope that our teams’ hard work will bring positive recognition not just for us, but also highlight the overall quality of leadership and innovation in the Utah business community at large.”
