12/05/2019 7:39:17 AM MST – The XANT.ai Technology Team has been informed that one of our carriers will be conducting maintenance on Saturday, 12/07/2019. This maintenance will begin Saturday at 8:00 PM MDT and is expected to finish Saturday at 9:00 PM MDT. End users may experience downtime with data services during this maintenance. The XANT Technology Team is observed an isolated issue with PowerDialer product. End user would have experienced issues with making and receiving through the PowerDialer from 9:51am to 9:55am. Customers only one a specific single database were affected. XANT Technology Team
