End users are experiencing an error message after login stating “Failed to initiate connection to crm message” with the product. All Playbooks pods are affected by this issue. On January 9, an outage in XANT’s Neuralytics services paused Neuralytics scoring for some Playbooks and PowerDialer users. As a result, scoring of some records created after that date and re-scoring of some records modified after that date may be several days behind. Our engineers are working to resolve the problem, but in the meantime some users may notice records without Neural Scores and/or Contactability Scores.

The XANT Technology Team is observing increased levels of call quality concerns this morning. We are observing multiple US carriers having sporadic issues with call quality on their networks. End users are experiencing sporadic issues with the quality of the phone call and in some instances the call dropping altogether. We are seeing these issues with Verizon, Sprint, Straight Talk, US Cellular, TMobile and AT&T. If you are dialing records into any of these carriers you may experience this degraded call quality performance. We are aware of the issue and due to the scope of the issue actively monitoring the situation. We will post additional information as it becomes relevant to share. XANT Technology Team
