Steve leads the customer success team responsible for post-sale activities, including customer onboarding, solutions architecture, relationship management and customer support. Steve brings more than 25 years of experience building and leading customer-facing teams in high-tech industries and has worked with some of the largest and most well-respected companies in the world. Prior to joining XANT, Steve served as Sr. VP of Customer Experience and Operations for Vivint SmartHome, increasing customer growth by nearly 250% and customer retention by 20%. Before joining Vivint, Steve was Vice President of Account Management at Adobe, where he led the team that managed corporate relationships using Adobe’s SiteCatalyst/Digital Marketing/Web Analytics software platform. His team serviced thousands of clients in the digital online marketing industry, including hundreds of Fortune 500 companies. Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Brigham Young University.
