XANT Labs analyzed the responses of over 700+ sales professionals to gauge time management ability across sales representatives and companies. We found that sales professionals spend less than 40% of their time with revenue-generating activities, and only 18% in their CRM. The foundational system of sales, the CRM, is reported as the least effective sales system.
