Chris Harrington
Chief Executive Officer
Chris brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience to XANT. Before joining XANT, Harrington steered widespread SaaS adoption for digital sales and marketing powerhouses Omniture, Adobe, and Domo. At Omniture, Harrington drove seven years of annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth from $4 million to over $500 million. Following its IPO, Omniture was the #1 or #2 fastest-growing public company for three consecutive years; growing to serve more than 5,000 global customers before it was acquired for $1.8 billion by Adobe Systems in 2009. Most recently, Harrington served as president of the $2 billion business intelligence leader Domo, where he worked with XANT board members Josh James and Mark Gorenberg to create one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies. Harrington is a member of XANT’s board of directors and has served on the boards of Domo, Spredfast, and Allegiance. Chris has four children, two step-children, and one grandchild.

Mark Novakovich
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Novakovich has extensive experience in building and leading global finance and accounting organizations in order to help companies achieve financial and strategic objectives. He has a record of leading teams to meet and exceed growth and earnings objectives and has led many accretive, successfully integrated strategic acquisitions. Mark’s career experience has been focused on technology companies spanning the life cycle from start-up to growing public entity. Most recently, Mark was part of the leadership team that guided Control4 into becoming the market leader in professionally installed smart home systems, took Control4 public in 2013, and then ultimately sold the business to a private-equity firm in a $680 million all-cash take-private transaction. Mark is a graduate of Brigham Young University’s accounting program.

Dave Boyce
Chief Strategy Officer
Dave Boyce runs corporate strategy and corporate development. Prior to XANT, Dave helped build and sell four companies, two as an operating executive and two as a board member. After ProfitLogic sold to Oracle, Dave spent five years running product for Oracle’s $350 million Retail global business unit. In addition to his work at XANT, Dave serves on the board of Forrester Research (FORR). Dave is a popular adjunct professor of sales and marketing in BYU’s Marriott School MBA program, and he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School as well as a bachelor of arts with honors in German literature and philosophy from BYU.

Howard Baik
Chief Legal Officer
Howard Baik brings close to 20 years of experience advising and supporting high-growth, public and privately held companies and boards of directors on a wide range of legal, operational, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining XANT, Howard led the legal team at Instructure, helping to guide that company through significant growth and a successful IPO on the NYSE. He has a record of building successful teams and preparing companies for growth. He served as legal counsel for Avocent and Emerson Electric (multi-billion dollar public companies) though the LANDesk software division and as a corporate securities attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he advised companies on securities law, corporate governance, and IPOs. Howard earned his undergraduate and law degrees from BYU and his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.

Peter Black
Chief Revenue Officer
Most recently, as VP of Sales, covering the largest area business unit for Anaplan, Peter played a key role in their rapid growth, which included a highly successful IPO in October 2018. Prior to Anaplan, he gained nearly 30 years of experience in a variety of roles in SaaS sales leadership and operations. He successfully filled sales and leadership roles at Domo, SAP Ariba, Acxiom, and Dun & Bradstreet (D&B). Peter graduated from Western New England University.

Suaad Sait
Chief President of Growth
At XANT, Suaad leads product, engineering, and marketing for the business. As a high-tech industry senior leader, Suaad has played key roles at high growth SaaS and cloud infrastructure technology companies contributing to value creation of over $15B. Most recently, Suaad was the EVP at SolarWinds (NYSE: SWI acquired for $4.5B) and prior to that role, served as the first Chief Marketing Officer of Rackspace (NYSE: RAX).
Previously, Suaad was the co-founder, President, and CEO of ReachForce. He was also on the founding team for Ventix Systems and served there as the VP, general manager of the enterprise business, and VP of marketing. Other previous roles include VP and general manager at Pervasive Software (PVSW), COO and CMO of Liaison Technology, VP of product marketing at Motive Communications (MOTV), and several leadership positions at DAZEL Corporation (acquired by Hewlett Packard), InConcert Software (acquired by TIBCO), CAP Ventures and Xerox Corporation.
Suaad currently serves as a venture advisor for Menlo Ventures working with OverOps, Unravel Data, and Platform9. In addition, he serves on the board of Auvik Networks.
Suaad earned his MS in Business Administration from the University of Rochester and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
