Howard Baik brings more than 16 years’ worth of experience advising and supporting high-growth, public and privately held companies and boards of directors on a wide range of legal, operational, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining XANT, Howard led the legal team at Instructure, helping to guide that company through significant growth and a successful IPO on the NYSE. He served as legal counsel for Avocent and Emerson Electric though the LANDesk software division and as a corporate securities attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he advised companies on securities law, corporate governance and IPOs. Howard earned his undergraduate and law degrees from BYU and his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
