CRM Integration
Similar to PowerDialer, Playbooks™ seamlessly integrates with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and Infor. The integration with Playbooks has been improved and allows your activities to automatically sync faster and more efficiently with the records whenever you utilize Playbooks™. This includes activities such as calls, call duration, call date, email sent, email opened, email clicked, Play Name, Play step, Play Success, etc.

Automation
Setting up automation rules using PowerDialer was time-consuming and non-intuitive, but with Playbooks, it couldn’t be easier. You can use any field in your CRM (customer or standard) to build specific rules to automatically enroll contacts, accounts, or opportunities into your plays. This way, anytime one of your records meets the criteria they’ll automatically be added and prioritized in the queue.

Prioritization
Setting up advanced prioritization can be tricky, and with Powerdialer we never quite had it right with the Neuralytics. But with Playbooks, you can use data to sort your tasks or you can create your own customer prioritization based on your and our data sets. This way, you’re always focusing on the right activities at the right time.

Cadence
PowerDialer was a great tool that allowed you to quickly get through a static or dynamic list of leads or contacts, but when it came to cadence, there was a lot of custom work involved. With Playbooks, we designed it completely around cadence. You can create specific plays with unique activities and wait steps. You can even set up automatic emails and custom steps. You can then build reports that show you which plays perform best. Maybe you have a play that performs well in calling, but not email, or a play that works well for VPs but not managers.
