Implementing the Sales Cloud and XANT has given sales reps a better understanding of who to call and when to call for optimal results, which makes the company’s sales process more efficient, McCormick says.
“The way we set up our new system with XANT, it shortened the time it took for new reps to get up to speed; new reps were producing numbers comparable to our most senior reps within 6 months,” he says.
