XANT Appoints Former Salesforce Leaders Avanish Sahai and Dean Robison to Head Alliances and Customer Success
SILICON SLOPES, Utah – June 5, 2015 – XANT, the leading cloud-based sales acceleration technology company, today announced the addition of two members of its executive leadership team to build alliances and ensure customer success. Avanish Sahai has been appointed as senior vice president of channels and alliances, and Dean Robison will join as senior vice president of customer success. Both bring decades of experience building and growing successful high-tech companies in Silicon Valley. Sahai and Robison join fellow Salesforce veterans Jim Steele, David Rudnitsky, Martin Moran and Lindsey Armstrong on the XANT executive leadership team. “Avanish and Dean will help us provide a world-class experience for our customers and partners around the globe,” said Steele, XANT president of worldwide sales and chief customer officer. “We’re thrilled to have them join us in our mission to accelerate sales for companies of all sizes.” Sahai will lead all alliance and channel strategies, including overseeing XANT’s relationships with key partners like Salesforce and Microsoft – the two tech titans that joined a $60 million investment round in XANT in March 2015. Sahai is an experienced tech executive with more than 20 years at established companies, such as Oracle and Salesforce, where he helped build the AppExchange into a $1 billion ecosystem while leading the ISV partner program. He most recently served as senior vice president and chief product officer at Demandbase. Robison will lead all post-sales customer success initiatives at XANT, including account management, education and support. He brings more than 20 years of experience from Silicon Valley, including leadership roles with Salesforce, Aspect and Nortel. He spent the past 13 years in the SaaS (software-as-a-service) industry at Salesforce. Sahai and Robison will both report to Steele.
