A Retrospective Look at Dreamforce 2012 – New XANT Products

PowerStandings, PowerSocial and PowerText released at Dreamforce 2012Last week was an exciting week for us at XANT – Dreamforce! Every year we look forward to attending this show. Why? Because it’s the largest show for the sales industry. It provides a huge opportunity to get our products in front of the industry and gain some big and exciting new clients.

This year, we announced the release of some exciting new products at Dreamforce: PowerStandings, PowerSocial, and PowerText. These products were a huge hit at Dreamforce. We gave a record number of demos throughout the week.

PowerStandings™

PowerStandings incorporates gamification into sales automation technology to take it to the next level of interactivity and productivity enhancement in PowerDialer for Salesforce®. By incorporating PowerStandings, sales reps now gain the ability to compete against each other in an environment that is interactive and oriented toward increased results by playing off of the competitive spirit of sales professionals.

Additionally, within the new product managers can create different challenges, such as a daily dials metric or closed revenue that allow sales reps to compete against each other and achieve rewards and earn badges to demonstrate their successes. Using leaderboards displayed on large monitors throughout the office, reps can also see real time performance rankings.

PowerSocial™

PowerSocial for Salesforce enables the sales rep to learn about and engage with prospects more intelligently by allowing the automatic capture, log and report of social interactions on the salesforce.com reporting tool through Twitter, Facebook or Google+. With the addition of social communications, sales reps now have eight different ways to communicate with prospects – phone, fax, email, text, voicemail, and now the incorporated social media platforms. Each communication method has its own points of leverage and response ratios that sales reps can now use to reach out to prospects.

Within Twitter, Facebook and Google+, sales reps can view public posts and the prospects feed.

PowerText™

PowerText automatically delivers captures and logs an initial sent text message and its first response. Sales professionals can then use the captured interactions to report on their sales progress through Salesforce and to easily use text messaging as a sales communication tool.

Like PowerSocial, inside sales reps can use PowerText SMS messaging as a reminder prior to a meeting for both the prospect and sales rep, a follow-up to a meeting, an alert medium for communicating a new product, or as a way to get an immediate message to a person who did not pick up on a call or may be in a meeting.
