XANT Acquires iHance to Deliver Email Solutions to Power Sales Acceleration

SILICON SLOPES, Utah – May 28, 2014 – Today at IS Accelerate 2014, XANT, the leading cloud-based sales acceleration technology company, announced that it has acquired iHance, Inc., a software company that provides powerful email tracking and synching technologies to enable sales teams to close transactions more quickly. iHance’s solutions help accelerate the sales cycle by providing visibility into prospect and customer interactions with emails sent from sales teams. This real-time visibility allows sales associates to respond immediately to buying signals, such as downloading an attachment or visiting a company’s website. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
