XANT Recognized as Utah’s Top Software Company

Best of State Award

XANT, the leading cloud-based sales acceleration technology company, received Utah’s Best of State Award in the software category at an awards gala in Salt Lake City on Wednesday night. For proof, take a gander at the photo above featuring XANT CMO Mick Hollison hoisting the BOSS (Best of State Statue), which, in Mick’s estimation, weighs 12 times more than most woodland animals.

To be clear, it’s been an amazing year for XANT. The Best of State Award recognizes the company’s successes in three areas: achievement in the $12.8 billion sales acceleration technology market, industry-leading innovations and its contributions to improving the quality of life in Utah.

Achievements

XANT is widely recognized as a leader in the sales industry for its breakthrough technology and distinctive thought leadership. The company’s cloud-based software includes PowerDialer for Salesforce 7.0 — the No. 1 communications product on the Salesforce AppExchange.

XANT customers experience improvements in sales productivity and topline revenue growth by as much as 30 percent. In addition, customers typically improve lead contact rates by as much as 65 percent and see significant increases in call volume.

Inc. magazine recognized XANT as the fifth-fastest job creator in the U.S. software industry, and the company has been named the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals’ SaaS provider of the year for four straight years.

Innovations

XANT has achieved breakthroughs in predictive analytics and machine learning that are changing the future of sales by enabling the world’s top companies to prioritize leads in a whole new way.

XANT Neuralytics technology is sequencing millions of anonymized profiles and sales transactions to deliver unprecedented levels of sales insight. Neuralytics applies “Moneyball”-style statistical analysis to intelligently predict sales outcomes. Neural networks work like a brain, learning and adapting over time.

Revenue forecasting can be more accurate than ever before with granular insight into leads. Predictive analytics determine the number and type of communication transactions required to meet revenue goals for specific organizations.

Machine learning algorithms intelligently sort leads based on dozens of unique inputs derived from interaction history, lead attributes and other external signals, including stock market fluctuations and even weather forecasts. This enables sales reps to work the most contactable leads first. XANT technology also shows sales reps when and how to communicate with those prospects for optimal results.

Community contributions

XANT believes in giving back to its community and credits much of its success to its Do Good Foundation. XANT donates 1 percent of employee time, 1 percent of company revenue and 1 percent of product to worthy local causes.

Each year, the Do Good Foundation commits to several small projects, as well as one large project. The foundation often supports local youth and the underprivileged.

In 2013, XANT employees volunteered more than 450 hours to local charities. Organizations that benefited from this service include: The Utah National Parks Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the Provo Food & Care Coalition and the Community Action Food Bank.
